CoachBank

Saying that life at work can be difficult is an understatement. We can all max out our emotional credit cards and risk exhausting our psychological budgets. It’s time for us all to start paying back into our accounts and building up our social and emotional capital.

You can help by giving your employees the chance to access individualised mentoring and coaching from WKP’s expert team. This can help them develop the skills and confidence to sustain and grow in the new world we all find ourselves in.

At WKP we want to find the best way to help you keep your employees in credit so they can bring their A-game to your business. CoachBank is a foundation for this work.

CoachBank is a service for all your employees that you’re in control of. You choose the number of hours of coaching for your staff., and which staff can access it.

We’ll do the rest.

How Does it Work

The organisation purchases a set number of coaching hours from the CoachBank and allocates a number of hours to each employee. The number of hours may depend on the seniority or specific role of the individual. The employee is able to use their allotted bank hours in any way they wish.

For example, if an individual has been given 6 hours, they could schedule weekly sessions for 6 weeks to focus on one issue, or they may choose to spread the hours over the year and check-in once every couple of months or simply when they feel it would be most beneficial such as during times of stress, change or a new challenge.

Once hours have been allocated, employees complete a questionnaire about their coaching goals and an expression of how they would like to use the hours, we then match the individual with one of our experts. Employees can then schedule their time with their coach.

At the moment, all CoachBank hours are delivered virtually using the clients’ preferred platform.

Giving your employees access to the CoachBank and then the autonomy to choose how and when they can access this personalised support is a valuable tool in your overall employee value proposition.
